Debbie Lair
After graduating with her Master's from Kansas State, Debbie was lucky enough to be called teacher! She taught special education in all grade levels from EC through post high. Debbie spent 15 years teaching in Olathe before moving to Texas. She taught 2 years in TX and then became an administrator of special education focused on low incidence programming and parent rights for the next 16 years. She retired from Texas and came back to Kansas to be close to her grandchildren. Debbie's commitment and passion to serve families of special needs brought her to continue on as a special education administrator in Kansas for the last 6 years. She feels honored to be leading the awesome Infant Toddler Team! Debbie loves dancing and playing with her grandkids!!!

Sonia is from Los Angeles, CA. She has over 10 years of Administrative and Human Recourse experience with Olathe District, Turner District, Kansas City District. Sonia graduated from the Kansas City School District and is currently a resident of Kansas City, KS. Some of her favorite things are traveling and food.

Amanda Douglas, LMSW
Amanda received her bachelors at San Diego State University, where she was born and raised. She has lived in Kansas for the last 10 years and received her Masters at KU in Social Work in 2017. As a Social Worker, Amanda has gained experience working with different populations including substance abuse, traumatic brain injuries, and has led groups pertaining to healthy relationships and domestic violence. For the past 5+ years she has been honored to work in Wyandotte County with infants and toddlers and absolutely loves helping this age group along with their families. Amanda loves spending time with her daughter, exploring the city, and road tripping. She is passionate about her plants, recycling, and DIY's.
Mandy Feldkamp, LSCSW
Mandy grew up in Seneca, KS and got her undergraduate from K-Sate University and Master's from Washburn University.
She has a passion for early intervention, how the benefits to the children and families, as well as society as a whole, can have such an enormous impact on so many lives. Mandy has been with ITSWC for 10 years. Prior to her work in Early Intervention Mandy has worked in the fields of mental health, adoption, foster care and hospital Social Work. She loves listening to live music, dancing, travel, visiting family and friends, decorating, and walks with her dog, to name a few.

Darcie Sand, ECSE
Darcie lives in Olathe, originally from Hanover, KS.
She joined ITSWC in 2010 and has enjoyed every family she has met. Darcie previously worked at Project EAGLE EHS and at a preschool classroom at K-State. Darcie found her desire to be in early intervention during her internship while at K-State with another Infant Toddler Program.
She enjoys attending her boys' baseball and soccer games and all the adventures they take her on. Darcie enjoys hiking and spending time with her family.
Danielle Miller, ECSE
Danielle has been devoted to early childhood education her entire educational career. She graduated from William Jewell with her bachelor’s degree then obtained her teaching certificate in education from Ottawa University. She began as a Head Start Lead Teacher in Wyandotte County, then moved to Kansas City Missouri School District as a Lead Teacher in Preschool. During this time, she received a Master’s in Curriculum from Baker University and a Masters in Early Childhood United from Emporia State University.
She keeps busy with her four children, two nieces, and nephew when not working. She enjoys traveling, cultural and historical adventures, and, of course, watching her kids play sports, dance, and sing.
This is her third year with Infant Toddler Services. She is excited to work with families in their homes, believes that children learn best through play and exploration, and that parents are their first teachers.
Rafaella Saltigerald, ECSE

Rafaella, also known as Rafa, grew up in Wyandotte County and loves supporting the families in her community! After graduating from Turner High School, she earned a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Unified with Special Education from Fort Hays State University. Her background is in teaching preschool aged children, from 3-6 years old, serving as both the general education and the special education teacher for all her students. Having years of experience teaching preschool children with many different needs, she is passionate about early intervention. While teaching, Rafa was able to build positive relationships with families to help the students build new skills at school and at home. In this program, she guides families as they help their child learn, grow, and prepare for preschool…and beyond!

Amber received her Bachelors in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Early Childhood Development from Emporia State University. She has spent her professional career educating the children of Wyandotte County as an elementary and early childhood teacher. While completing her Master’s in Early Childhood Unified at KU she became passionate about early intervention, empowering caregivers, and family advocacy.
Julliana Alvarado Vega, ECSE
Julliana grew up in Wyandotte County and graduated from Sumner Academy of Arts and Sciences in KCKPS. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Unified Early Childhood education from the University of Kansas with an endorsement in Special Education, then served as a general education preschool teacher working with children ages 3-5 years old. As a preschool teacher, she is passionate about supporting the development of students as well as working with families in the community and being able to transfer communication from one language to another.

Kacie Inderhees, MA, CCC-SLP
Kacie earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Kansas. She enjoys working with receptive and expressive language delays and disorders, speech sound disorders, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication.
Kacie loves early intervention and having the opportunity to work as a team with families. In her free time, Kacie enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and pets!

Originally from Knob Noster, MO, Stephanie has worked in a variety of settings over her 15 year career including schools, SNF, home health, and early intervention. She enjoys traveling to new places and trying out the local food.​

Emily has worked as an SLP in a variety of settings, including elementary and secondary schools, acute and long-term adult rehabilitation and home health. She found her niche in the world of Early Intervention nearly 20 years ago and continues to enjoy partnering with families to support their young children in meeting their full potential. She has extensive experience with a variety of speech, language, feeding and behavioral concerns. She is passionate about building joy into caregiver-child interactions, and she loves learning from the families she serves. She is a dedicated, lifelong learner and enjoys the ever-changing, diverse and multicultural world of Early Intervention in Wyandotte County.
Valerie Myers,
MA, CCC-SLP
Valerie is excited to serve the Infant Toddler Program. After completing her Master's degree from the University of Kansas Medical Center, she worked as a hospital speech-language pathologist in acute care, rehabilitation and outpatient settings. Valerie then stepped away from her career to raise her two sons full-time and homeschooled them through high school. Upon returning to work, she spent three years as a parent educator for a local Parents As Teachers program and discovered her love of working with parents of young children.
Valerie is now enjoying this new opportunity to combine her parent educator and speech-language pathology experience to collaborate with the wonderful families in Wyandotte County.

Originally from Naperville, IL, Jorjann has been an SLP for over 10 years in four diverse school districts with preschool and elementary students, followed by Infant Toddler Services to pursue her passion for supporting families through the early developmental years. Jorjann enjoys traveling to visit friends and practicing Spanish!

Madelyn Campbell, DPT
Originally from Overland Park, KS, Madelyn joined the ITSWC team in August 2018, after graduating from the University of Kansas Medical Center in May of 2018. She was inspired to enter the wonderful world of pediatrics, by her aunt who is a pediatric PT, and continued to develop her passion for pediatrics during an undergraduate internship at the Lee Ann Britain Infant Development Center, and long-term clinical experience at Children's Mercy Downtown and Northland outpatient clinics. Madelyn also enjoys working PRN in the inpatient acute setting at an area level 1 trauma hospital since 2018. Madelyn loves enjoying live music and going to concerts! ​

Originally from Des Moines, Iowa, she went to college at Drake University. Kayla moved to KCK and attended graduate school at the University of Saint Mary where she obtained a doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. During graduate school, she finished a certificate program in Early Intervention through Georgetown University where she developed a passion for working with children and their families. In her free time, she loves to coach gymnastics, play with her 2 dogs and 2 cats, and spend time with her family and friends.

Chessy, also known as Francesca, is from Lenexa, KS. She went to college at Kansas State and graduate school at the University of Kansas Medical Center where she got her masters degree in Occupational Therapy. Chessy previously worked at a pediatric outpatient clinic in Vail, CO. Chessy enjoys skiing, hiking, traveling, and exploring with her german shepherd, Watson!

Anna is originally from Derby, KS, went to college at K-State and completed her occupational therapy program at the University of Kansas Medical Center here in Kansas City. After graduating she joined KCKPS special education team servings kids in the school setting. She has always loved working with young children and is excited to continue learning and growing as a part of the ITS team!

and has been with ITSWC for 10 years. She is passionate about speaking for the community that cannot fully speak for themselves. Conveying the right message from one language into another and breaking the communication barriers is one of the most rewarding advantages of her profession.
